In this first Newsletter the outcomes of the 19 September 2018 EGM, when the Federation met for the first time with a reformed “FSF Board” under new chairman Michael Harper, are outlined. Commentary is also made that the Federation responded to a formal request for documents from the Grenfell Inquiry by submitting 200 documents and that it is working with the Competency Steering Group in most of the 12 specialised working groups established in response to the Hackit Review.
