You may already be aware of the statement made last week in Parliament by the Prime Minister in response to the Grenfell Tower Inquiry Phase 2 Report recommendation to bring responsibility for fire safety under one Secretary of State.  The statement confirmed that responsibility for fire will move from the Home Office to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government.
